# Amendment 0.1 to OURS Founding Constitution 0.1 — The Founding Million

This amendment changes Article 9 without silently rewriting Constitution 0.1.
All other text of Constitution 0.1 remains unchanged.

## Article 9 additions

Insert after Article 9.1:

> **9.2** The Founding Era contains exactly 1,000,000 places. The allocator
> shall reject every new entry after ordinal 1,000,000.

> **9.3** Each active place carries
> [Founding Right 0.1](./FOUNDING-RIGHT-0.1.md): a permanent non-transferable
> ordinal, one equal founding-ratification ballot, one equal first-mission
> ballot, notice and record rights, and data and exit rights. It is an
> operative project right, not legal membership or a share.

Renumber the previous Article 9.2 through 9.10 as Article 9.4 through 9.12.
